It is a known fact that the third part of the equation of healthy weight loss is exercise.
MOTIVATION +DIET +EXERCISE= HEALTHY WEIGHT LOSS
Now, you may be saying that weight loss can occur without exercise but there are two flaws in this statement. The first one is quite obvious…without exercise, the equation would not be complete! The second is that exercise provides several benefits to the body that not only provides weight loss but more importantly, healthy weight loss and good health.
That is why we must consider exercise. Exercise plays an important role in the building and maintenance of fitness, muscle strength, heart health and an overall feeling of self-satisfaction- all things essential for good health.
But wait! There’s more!
I don’t know about you but when I exercise, even though I may feel tired or sore afterwards, I get the sense that I have completed what was needed to reach my goal of healthy weight loss. I feel like I have done all that I could have done and given all that I could have given and even more. Not to mention, I feel like I could now take on the world as my body is prepared, pumped and ready for action!
In essence, exercise empowers me!
So what’s the bottom line?
Exercise is extremely important and must be considered for effective and healthy weight loss.
In my many years of losing weight and gaining weight and losing it again, I have come across many exercises- those that I think are absolutely useful and also those that I think are absolutely useless. Those that absolutely kicked my butt and even those that were less killer but still had a great effect on my fitness and health.
That is what this section is all about- Those things related to exercise that I have come across and am even interested in trying and sharing those with you!
