Keeping weight off is even HARDER! 

Trust me, I know the struggle. Many people have been through numerous break ups, I have been through numerous weight losses…and weight gains. And I attribute all this to my unhealthy weight loss…which included lack of motivation.

So what does that mean?

Motivation is a part of your healthy weight loss. And if I must add, it is an integral part.

Goals are those things that help us to recognise where we are, visualise where we want to be and connect where we are and where we want to be through our selected means-in this case, weight loss. They are meant to drive us, to keep us on track and to push us when we just don’t want to go any more.

BUT! SOMETIMES GOALS FAIL! (I said it, they fail!)

Sometimes we just need that extra push to keep us going, that ounce of encouragement to keep us from throwing in the towel and giving up our goals.

And that is where motivation comes in. Motivation goes beyond what goals can ever achieve. Without motivation to pursue our goals, nothing will never happen. We will never wake up early in the morning to take that morning jog, we will never take the stairs instead of the elevator at work, we will never do that one more squat even though our legs are killing us and we just want to drop down! Motivation pushes us even farther.

In this section, we discuss motivation. THE THING THAT WILL KEEP YOU GOING. And as we go along, you’ll realise that this section not only involves you and your motivation but how you could use others as motivation or even things as motivation.
